St John’s Grammar

CLOVER worked closely with the St John’s College and Design Inc to build on the native hills character of the site and re-imagine the internal social and learning spaces. The outward facing native character will be enhanced with a contemporary interpretation represented within internal courtyards, linkages and gathering spaces. The historic ‘sisters garden’ is preserved with key views and vistas to celebrated heritage buildings. Materials for walls and seating are carefully considered to relate to new and existing buildings creating a cohesive connection between built form and the external landscape. Outdoor reading and art spaces have been designed to offer flexibility for the learning environment.
