CLOVER worked closely with the College, Architect and Civil Engineer to develop a feature native garden and passive swale system as the setting for this new multipurpose Hall. The site abuts a conservation reserve and CLOVER needed to strictly adhere to CFS regulations for fire management and fuel reduction zones. The design maximises nature play opportunities and exploration for students incorporating a mix of native flowering and cascading species. Rock lined swales have been incorporated to slow overland flow and promote infiltration into soils.
