Aspect Tree Tops

CLOVER worked closely with Autism Spectrum Australia, the School and Design Inc to develop a strategy to connect internal learning spaces with outdoor areas and create a responsive, flexible and engaging landscape for students and staff. A large amount of time was spent listening and developing a deep understanding of students needs, routines and challenges. This was the translated and tested into a series of spatial diagrams and mood boards to ensure that the site and concept was responsive and pragmatic. The design process was truly collaborative, shaping a variety of spaces from entrances and traditional zones, connection to COLA’s, active play, nature play areas, nurturing zones, kitchen garden and yarning circle. We take great pride and responsibility in working on such a meaningful and important project.
