Majestic Roof Garden Hotel

CLOVER is responsible for the design and project management of a facade upgrade to the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel on Frome Street in the Adelaide CBD. The upgrade will include a horizontal band of green wall modules to create a dramatic entry to the hotel and contribute to activating the frontage. Pedestrians and visitors to the hotel will benefit from the cooling and air quality improvements that will be provided by the vegetation and foliage. The project utilised the City of Adelaide Green Grant.
