CLOVER was the Landscape Architect as part of the shortlisted Design Strategy Architecture and Includesign Team that submitted for the Future Homes Competition in Victoria in September 2020. The intent for the project was to explore creative, affordable, sustainable, deliverable and socially inclusive solutions for an site to be redeveloped. The team worked remotely during COVID-19 lockdowns and were able to produce a highly collaborative scheme and a fusion between built form and green spaces. CLOVER provided key advice on the incorporation of green facades, cascading planters, community gardens, meeting spaces and an array of trees and planting.
